North Oaks Postpones Elective and Outpatient Services in Response to Winter Weather Forecast

In response to the winter weather forecast, North Oaks Health System is postponing elective procedures and closing outpatient services from Tuesday, Jan. 21, through noon on Wednesday, Jan. 22, to prioritize safety for all. Impacted facilities in Tangipahoa and Livingston parishes include:
- All North Oaks Clinics
- North Oaks Urgent Cares
- North Oaks Diagnostic Center
- North Oaks Infusion Therapy
- North Oaks-Livingston Parish Medical Complex
- North Oaks Mobile Care
- North Oaks Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
- North Oaks Prescription Center in North Oaks Clinic Building
- North Oaks Same Day Surgery
- North Oaks Surgery Center
The North Oaks Patient Access team is contacting patients affected by the closures to reschedule their care.
Additionally, the North Oaks Career Expo for high school students, scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 22, has been postponed. All support group meetings on Tuesday, Jan. 21, and Wednesday, Jan. 22, are canceled.
North Oaks officials continue to closely monitor the weather and remain in regular contact with parish and state authorities, as well as the National Weather Service, to ensure timely updates and responses.
