North Oaks Announces More Re-openings Effective Sept. 8

As of Sept. 8, most North Oaks facilities and services, including clinics, have returned to business as usual with a few caveats:
- North Oaks Urgent Cares in Hammond and Ponchatoula are open with abbreviated hurricane recovery hours of 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. every day of the week.
- Walk-in and scheduled patients are welcome at North Oaks Cardiology, North Oaks Orthopedic Specialty Center and North Oaks Primary Care in the North Oaks Clinic Building on the North Oaks Medical Center campus.
- North Oaks Dermatology Associates is temporarily seeing patients at the clinic of North Oaks Surgical Associates, Trauma and Interventional Radiology in North Oaks Office Plaza on the North Oaks Medical Center campus.
- Northshore ENT is temporarily seeing patients at the North Oaks ENT & Allergy Clinic, also in North Oaks Office Plaza.
- North Oaks-Livingston Parish Medical Complex is open for diagnostics and primary care patients.
Today, Sept. 8, drive-thru COVID-19 testing by appointment and COVID-19 vaccines resume. Self-schedule a test here or a vaccine at here.
North Oaks Family Medicine in Hammond also reopens today at its temporary location of North Oaks Primary Care in the North Oaks Clinic Building on the medical center campus.

Slated to reopen Thursday, Sept. 9, are:
- North Oaks Outpatient Rehabilitation Services in the Hammond Park Professional Building
- North Oaks Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinic in the Hammond Park Professional Building
- North Oaks Primary Care—Independence.
The reopening date for North Oaks Urgent Care—Walker remains pending.
North Oaks officials remain in constant contact with parish and state officials as recovery from the storm begins.
