Senior Accountant Tara Honored as Employee of the Month for May 2019

Senior Accountant Tara has received the North Oaks Health System Employee of the Month Award for May 2019.

Tara joined the North Oaks Finance team as a Labor/Cost Analyst in 2015. She was promoted to Senior Accountant for Accounts Payable and Payroll this year. Tara enjoys working with numbers and volunteering in the community. She loves she can experience the best of both worlds as part of the North Oaks family.

“Every day, I pray that I’m able to impact someone’s life in a positive way," Tara shares.

Born in Tifton, Georgia, Tara earned a bachelor business administration degree in Accounting from University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. She is currently working toward a master’s degree in Business Administration with a Data Analytics concentration through Louisiana State University in Shreveport.

She lives in Hammond with her husband, Asah, who is pastor of Crossroads Church, and their sons – Jordan, 13; and Jaxon, 10.

As pastimes, she enjoys cooking, reading fiction, training in Isshin-Ryū karate and nurturing her servant’s heart through volunteerism.
