Operational Strategist Karin Honored as Employee of the Month for September 2019

Operational Strategist Karin has received the North Oaks Health System's Employee of the Month Award for September 2019.

From 1992 to 2000, Karin worked as an Attendant for North Oaks’ childcare center. In 2001, she returned as a Market Strategist after earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University followed by a master’s in Business Administration. Since 2015, she has put her data analysis and project management skills to use as an Operational Strategist in the Health and Business Analytics Department.

"Helping to ensure systems operate efficiently is my niche," shares Karin.

A native of Germany, she resides in Ponchatoula with her husband Curtis and their children, 17-year-old Mia and 15-year-old Bentley.

Away from work, Karin cherishes time with family. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and gardening.
