Operations Director Gina Honored as North Oaks Health System's Leader of the Month for August 2018

Operations Director Gina has received North Oaks Health System's Leader of the Month Award for August 2018.

"As health care changes and evolves, it's a team effort to assure we are always headed in the right direction," shares Gina.

Gina joined North Oaks in 2000 as Case Management Secretary and Resource Analyst. From 2007 to 2008, she was a Patient Advocate. After eight months away, she returned as Comprehensive Medical Rehabilitation Unit and Rehabilitation Services Secretary. In 2012, she became Operations Decision Support Analyst and then HIPAA Privacy Coordinator in 2013. She was promoted to Operations Director in 2016 to ensure that facilities are maintained and that business operations are efficient and in compliance with regulations governing medical facilities.

Born in Hammond, Gina earned a bachelor’s degree in Business through Southeastern Louisiana University.

She lives in Independence with her husband Wayne and their children – Austin, 18; Colin, 14; and Mary-Kate, 8.

Outside of work, she loves to vacation with her family and friends.
