Clinical Pharmacy Manager Jamie Named Employee of the Month

Clinical Pharmacy Manager Jamie has been honored with the North Oaks Health System Employee of the Month Award for June 2015.

Jamie joined theNorth Oaks team in March 2002 in her current position.

She is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe (now University of Louisiana at Monroe) and earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans.

“Jamie has a great work ethic and always completes her assignments in a timely manner,” shares Pharmacy Director Honey Pearson. “She has a strong clinical background and has been instrumental in enriching our clinical program.”

North Oaks recently received a national Clinical Innovation Award from Premier Inc., a health care improvement alliance, as a direct result of Jamie’s efforts to improve community health and reduce costs.

A Montpelier native, Jamie and her husband Todd live in Kentwood with their daughter, Hannah, 9. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and boating.

“Overcoming some of the challenges that health care has presented nationally over the last few years has been very rewarding. On a personal level, it is my goal to do the very best I can each day to ensure patients receive the medications they need.” –Jamie
