General Surgery Charge Nurse Alison, RN, Receives Nurse Excellence Award

General Surgery Charge Nurse Alison, RN, has been honored with the North Oaks Health System Nurse Excellence Award.
Alison joined the North Oaks team in November 2007 as a Nurse Tech and became a Staff Nurse on the Surgery Unit in 2008. She accepted the Charge Nurse position in February 2014.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University.
"Alison is motivated, kind, courteous and respectful," affirms Vice President of Surgical Services Terri Lewis. "The quality of her job performance and the high professional standards she sets for herself are an inspiration to others."
A Rayne native, Alison lives in Hammond. She enjoys traveling, reading, jogging and spending time with family and friends.
