Randazzo Joins North Oaks Health System as Vice President of Business Development

North Oaks Health System welcomes Tracy Randazzo as Vice President of Business Development.

[HAMMOND, La.]—Tracy Randazzo has joined North Oaks Health System as Vice President of Business Development.

She will lead the development, implementation and management of all strategies to meet the communities’ health care needs, communication plans to key audiences and customer support strategies.

With more than 30 years of health care experience, Randazzo comes to North Oaks from Thomson Reuters, where she served as a consulting manager with the health care division’s Strategy and Change consulting practice. Prior to her association with Thomson Reuters, she served as Director of Health Care Quality for the Texas Hospital Association, and also has held positions in the insurance and managed care industries.

Randazzo graduated summa cum laude from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas with a bachelor’s degree in health care administration. She is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Marketing Development (SHSMD). In addition, she is a respected speaker on health care marketing and strategic planning on the local, state and national levels.
